Golden is very bike-friendly! Lots of paths and easy to get around. The house is also super walkable to most of Golden's attractions. A car is recommended for trips outside of Golden.
Failure to follow house rules (ie: no smoking, check out time, etc.) may result in extra fees or loss of security deposit.

Great location! Easy walk to downtown.
This is a great place if you're willing to put up with a little sticky doors and creaky floors in a vintage home. It has a great old-time vibe, solid and quiet, right on Clear Creek path near downtown.
We really enjoyed this little place. It is an old home and comes with those little quirks but that’s what makes it so unique. The WiFi never worked. She did send someone to look at it but that issue never got resolved. We didn’t stay in the house much. We were too busy being outside and enjoying the location. The house was in a perfect spot to visit Red Rocks, Rocky Mountain NP, Pikes Peak and downtown Denver. Perfectly priced for us as it was basically used to sleep. We walked all Over Golden from the house and it was perfect. Kendra was responsive to everything I asked. I definitely recommend this little gem. We will stay again!
