There are no shared spaces whatsoever, but there is potential for other guests to be staying in the lower unit. This upper unit has exclusive access to the large backyard. You may only see the other guests out front in the driveway or garage because this is how they enter their unit. If you are interested in booking both units together for a large group, let me know!

I really enjoyed my stay here, would come again!
Very nice and very clean…but furniture needs to be updated. Also…outside appearance (yard) could be improved upon. Back yard was far from an “oasis” as described. Overall experience was acceptable.
This was our second time staying at Kendra's place and it went smooth both times. She was very responsive and the place was everything as described.
