The Congress Park Retreat – 1BR Near Cherry Creek

I had a nice stay and the location was nice. For the few small issues that did arise Kendra was super responsive and happy to help.

I absolutely loved staying here this is an absolutely sublime spot. The apartment has several amenities and was the perfect base camp for my extended work trip.

Great location and cozy place to stay for a month. Nice touches like fake plants and lights to create a nice ambiance. Location was perfect. I would stay there again, but just a couple transparent notes to be aware of. We stayed during January so it was very cold and there were problems with the heater being loud at night (understandably, an older building, but nonetheless loud enough to disrupt sleep), so we resorted to turning off the heater altogether and used space heaters - not a huge deal - just more to manage. So be sure to check on this with hosts if you’re staying during colder months. Hosts were responsive and did their best to address - again, an understandable problem that was a larger building issue for maintenance. It seemed the hosts didn’t quite know where utilities were like the breaker box and mail key, so there was lots of back and forth communication which was mildly annoying - again not huge deal - but would expect hosts to know these details that are fairly key.
