There is sufficient parking space on the driveway for 2-3 cars parked in tandem. Street parking is also available, but please be aware of time restrictions, permit requirements, and street sweeping schedules. Please look at the signs before parking. The parking right in front of the house requires a permit, so best to park across the street where no permit is required.
Please Note: One of the bedrooms does not have built-in heating or cooling vents. We provide a space heater to keep things cozy during the winter months.
In the summer, the room can warm up a bit during the day, but there is a fire escape door that can be safely opened in the evenings to let in a nice breeze and help cool the space down as well as a ceiling fan.
Starter supplies are provided; guests are responsible for their own paper/cleaning/toiletries after starter supplies run out.

I rented the house for my family, including a 1-year old and everything was great. I have no complaints about anything. Kendra was a good host. She was very responsive and worked with us on any special requests we might have had. She was there for her guests, without being intrusive. I would book here again. Thank you, Kendra!
We enjoyed our stay at this charming home located on a quiet street, while still being just a short walk from the activity and restaurants on Broadway. The house has a great layout, a well-equipped kitchen, a nice backyard, and a cute office space that was perfect for getting some work done. The home also offers three full bathrooms, which was very convenient for our group. Upstairs, there are two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a tub but no shower—and there is an additional full bathroom with a shower downstairs. We visited in early June. The downstairs air conditioning worked very well and kept that area cool and comfortable. However, one of the upstairs bedrooms did not have air conditioning, making it very warm and difficult to sleep in. The other two upstairs bedrooms were comfortable as long as the doors were left open to allow air to circulate. Overall, this is a lovely home in a great location with many positive features.
Great location in Denver and perfect for an Airbnb stay. The home is close to many local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, and getting around is easy. Overall, a comfortable place in a prime spot for anyone visiting Denver. ⭐️
